Scope The Galaxy is something I created mostly due to my intrests in astronomy.
I’m sure there are a lot of you out there, just like me, who are fascinated by how the universe works and how there are so many wonderfully weird yet interesting celestial objects out there which, crazely enough, can be observed, quite literally, through the lens of scope, in our homes, for only a few hundred bucks.
So in essence this site is mostly going to focus on Telescopes, binoculars and other equipment and knowledge related to astronomy and other things related to the observation of outer space.
MY STORY
My names Amhil and I’m the creator and mind behind Scope the Galaxy.
As I said above, I’m fascinated by the things that can be observed out there, it’s crazy to think that our planet, Earth, is even less than a speck of dust when compared to the vastness of the universe so, having the ability to literally explore beyond what the eyes can see is like a dream right?
Seeing how jupiter and it’s moons look, watching a asteroid million of miles of away and even looking beyond our own solar system is honestly so cool that, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to create blog centred around all of this and the cool equipment related to it.
WHY DOES SCOPE THE GALAXY WANT TO HELP PEOPLE
If researching and learning things about subjects I already want to learn can in turn help others in finding the best telescopes for their needs, I’ll be more than happy doing so.
But, the website in general is more so a passion project of mine and by having it available online, I can actually learn and possibly even earn a living through it so, I’m highly on board with the idea.
You’ve got to admit it’s pretty cool having you’re own real estate online in the form of a website. It’s something that 99% of the population don’t have so, having my own website is pretty darn awesome and if course a great way to connect with others interested in the same things as me.
WHAT IS SCOPE THE GALAXY’S GOAL?
Scope the Galaxy’s goal is to provide a platform where visitors can learn about telescopes and their benefits as well as learn a little bit about outer space and the cool stuff you can see using scopes.
The website will be going over a lot of telescopes, reviewing them and ultimately helping you decide on what scope you’re looking for.
In short the website will be a hub to learn about telesopes and guiding people like you who are thinking about getting into astronomy. That’s pretty much the goal of Scope the Galaxy.
